It appears that the staph infection is finally gone!  It sure was a hard one to kill and even though I hated taking all those antibiotics, I know it was needed. 

And the scale says....

that I'm down 8 pounds in 6 weeks!!  The cool thing about it is I have been eating whatever I want - gotta love breastfeeding :)

Just 5 more to go..... but I do think my baby's big head has made my hip bones wider :/

Second Test Results

They found staph in my milk.  Going to be starting another round of a different abx for 1 week and then retest.  I cannot believe this!

Test Results

I did go see my ob on Monday and she took a sample of my milk to culture.  I called the office this morning and found out that it didn't grow anything.  She had warned me on Monday this was possible since I was still on the antibiotics and sent me home with another swab.  I need to finish the antibiotics that will go through Monday then on Wednesday collect another sample of milk and drop it off for them to test. 

I'm praying it will be completely cleared up this time, but if it is not we will know what I am dealing with.
